Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, variable days and start times Monday–Friday (start times: 0630, 0900, or 1100); start time expected to remain consistent within the same week

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub into a high-volume OR environment averaging 50–65 cases per day across 22 suites and up to 16 different service lines
• Support large and complex surgical cases including GYN, Urology, Vascular, Plastics, Ortho (total hips/knees), Neuro, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, General (Breast/HPB/Bariatric), Sports Med (Hand/Podiatry), Kidney/Pancreatic Transplants, and ENT (FESS, septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, thyroid/parathyroid)
• Assist with Da Vinci Xi robotic procedures across GYN, Urology, and General surgery service lines
• Participate in ENT cases including soft tissue procedures; ENT experience is required
• Fulfill on-call obligations as scheduled — approximately 1 call shift per 4-week schedule (weeknight or weekend); call response time within 30 minutes (call room available on site)
• Attend in-services and team meetings scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays with later start times

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Surgical Tech registration required at time of submittal — no pending licenses will be considered
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of scrubbing experience
• Da Vinci Xi robotic experience required (GYN, Urology, and General surgery)
• ENT experience required , including FESS, septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, and soft tissue (thyroid/parathyroid)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical service lines including Ortho, Neuro, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, or Transplant
• Comfort working in a large, fast-paced OR environment with complex cases
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
