We're looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to:• Take ownership of all administrative and operational support activities for the Financial Advisor team.• support Financial Advisors in the day-to-day servicing of client relationships• provide exceptional client service and act as a key point of contact for clients• process and facilitate account openings, maintenance requests, transfers, and documentation• proactively manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution• coordinate client meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up activities• ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and operational procedures• contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of the teamThe teamYou'll be working with a high-performing Private Wealth Management team that works exclusively with technology founders. As a Senior Registered Client Associate, you'll play a leading role on all things admin related, supporting Financial Advisors and helping to drive a seamless client experience.Your skills and experience• Ideally 5 years of wealth management, brokerage, or financial services industry experience required• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) registrations required• Proven experience supporting Financial Advisors and servicing client relationships• Strong understanding of investment accounts, account maintenance, transfers, and operational processes• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience• High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretionAbout usUBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
