Who You Are: SaltClick is actively seeking a full-time, fully remote Project Coordinator to support our Salesforce consulting engagements. As a Project Coordinator, you will help project teams stay organized, informed, and aligned from project initiation through closure. You will support client communication, project documentation, scheduling, progress tracking, and internal coordination while partnering closely with Project Managers and Delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving work. You will help ensure that project information is accurate, commitments are visible, follow-ups are completed, and teams have the support needed to deliver a positive client experience. What You'll Do: Coordinate incoming client and project requests from intake through assignment, ensuring requirements and next steps are clearly documented. Create and maintain Jira tickets, Confluence documentation, project records, schedules, and action items. Coordinate work across project teams and shared resources, tracking assignments, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers. Support client and internal communication through meeting coordination, status updates, documentation, and follow-up. Monitor project progress, hours, scope, risks, and outstanding decisions, escalating concerns to the appropriate project leader. Partner with Project Managers and Delivery teams to keep work organized, prioritized, and moving forward. Skills you Should Have: A positive attitude and a natural inclination to take initiative. Strong organizational skills and close attention to tasks, deliverables, details, and timelines. Clear written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate information across multiple projects. Comfort and adaptability when working through ambiguous or changing situations. A consistent approach to following up on commitments and helping others stay accountable. Strong note-taking, documentation, and ticket-creation skills. A basic understanding of project management and Agile or Scrum delivery practices. Proficiency with project delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. Bonus Skills: Experience supporting Salesforce projects or working within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in a professional services or consulting environment. Experience using Slack and Google Workspace applications. Experience coordinating work with remote or offshore resources. Salesforce, Scrum, or project management training or certification.
