Operations / Staffing Recruiter – Bilingual English/Spanish

Miami, FL | $60,000–$62,000/year | Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are hiring an energetic, organized, and people-driven  Operations Recruiter to support our fast-paced staffing operation in Miami.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this position.

This is a hands-on, high-volume recruiting role for someone who enjoys working directly with candidates and employees. You will manage our front counter, recruit and interview candidates, coordinate onboarding and employee starts, maintain an active candidate pipeline, and help solve daily staffing needs.

This is  not a traditional sit-behind-a-desk recruiting position . You will be at the center of the operation, helping ensure our clients have qualified, reliable employees ready to work.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, screen, interview, qualify, and place candidates into open positions.
• Conduct candidate and employee communication in  both English and Spanish .
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified, ready-to-work candidates.
• Match candidates with client assignments based on skills, experience, availability, and location.
• Manage the front counter and provide a professional, welcoming experience for candidates and employees.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, start dates, employee dispatch, and first-day confirmations.
• Respond quickly to early-morning call-outs, no-shows, replacements, and urgent staffing requests.
• Follow up consistently on open job orders until positions are filled.
• Re-engage qualified previous employees and candidates for new opportunities.
• Communicate with employees regarding assignments, schedules, start times, and job expectations.
• Work closely with Operations and Sales to prioritize urgent and high-volume staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Use job boards and recruiting platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Track recruiting activity, employee starts, open orders, and fill rates.
• Take ownership of recruiting goals and overall front-counter performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish – REQUIRED.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or workforce operations experience.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable working directly with candidates and employees throughout the day.
• Comfortable consistently reporting to work for a 6:00 AM start time .
• Experience with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, or online recruiting platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Staffing agency experience.
• High-volume recruiting or staffing experience.
• Experience recruiting for  warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, light industrial, hospitality, or construction positions .
• Experience using  ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting platforms .
• ATS or applicant tracking system experience.

We're looking for someone with  personality, urgency, confidence, and ownership .

You should genuinely enjoy working with people and be comfortable managing several priorities at once. One minute you may be interviewing a candidate, and the next you may be replacing a call-out, coordinating a start, answering an employee question, or helping fill an urgent client order.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs to happen. You see the staffing need, take ownership, and work until it's filled.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

The early start puts you at the center of the operation when our workforce begins its day. You'll help resolve call-outs, coordinate replacements, confirm employee starts, and then transition into recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and preparing candidates for upcoming staffing needs.

Candidates must be able to consistently work the 6:00 AM start time.

Compensation

$60,000–$62,000 per year, based on experience.
